Industrial Maintenance Electrician - Beaver Falls, PA

Beaver Falls, PA | Direct Hire | Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Optional OT on Fridays)

Starting Pay: $31 - 37/hr | $2 pay increase after 1 year!

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment throughout the facility
• Diagnose and repair electrical controls, motors, circuit boards, drives, and production machinery
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Maintain and repair AC/DC motors and overhead crane systems
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvements
• Work with 240V, 480V, and three-phase electrical systems
• Support equipment reliability and production efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience working with 240V, 480V, and three-phase electrical systems
• Knowledge of electrical controls, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Technical school, trade school, or maintenance-related training preferred

Preferred Experience

• DC crane troubleshooting and repair
• Heavy manufacturing, steel mill, or industrial maintenance experience
• Fabrication equipment maintenance
• Machine repair and industrial troubleshooting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65520.00 - $69368.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
