Assembler - Now Hiring

Join a dynamic team in Statesville, NC, where you will play a crucial role in the fast-paced production and assembly of front-end loaders and smaller tractor equipment. This position offers a hands-on experience in a climate-controlled facility with opportunities for career advancement.

• Position parts accurately based on knowledge of the unit being assembled or by utilizing blueprints.
• Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand tools.
• Remove small quantities of metal to ensure close fits between parts.
• Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform basic housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
• Be open to taking on other roles as requested by supervisors or managers outside of typical assembly duties.

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in assembly.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in working with hand tools.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in mechanical assembly and production.
• Familiarity with power tools and assembly line operations.

Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with shifts from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential training on the first shift. Be prepared for occasional work on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Statesville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
