Commercial Carpenter - Now Hiring

We are hiring for several Commercial Carpenters to join a growing Southlake-based team. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth market, we are looking for experienced carpenters to support a variety of high-profile commercial construction projects including K-12 schools, hospitals, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and other large commercial builds. Start Date: Immediate openings available

• Perform rough carpentry including wall, floor, and roof framing.
• Install sheathing, blocking, subflooring, and stair systems.
• Complete exterior carpentry work including siding, trim, and exterior sheathing.
• Install doors, frames, windows, and associated hardware.
• Perform finish carpentry such as baseboards, trim, molding, and architectural details.
• Install cabinetry, millwork, casework, and custom woodwork.
• Build and strip concrete forms as needed.
• Work from blueprints, layouts, and project drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• Complete punch-list items and final project detailing.ng final inspections.

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
• Experience performing rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
• Experience with metal stud framing, wood framing, and concrete formwork.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and layout equipment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the DFW area.
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, skidsteers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Certification from CITC or a union apprenticeship is preferred.
• Possession of an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southlake, TX.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
