Looking for a 1st-shift opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and every other Friday off? Join a growing aerospace manufacturing team where youll help build, inspect, and package aluminum heat pipes used in advanced thermal management applications.

Schedule:

• MondayFriday
• 7:00 AM4:30 PM
• Every other Friday OFF
• 1st Shift

What Youll Do

• Assemble and inspect aluminum heat pipes and components
• Polish heating and cooling pipes
• Perform chemical cleaning of parts
• Install screws, rivets, and other hardware
• Use hand tools and measuring devices
• Follow work orders and basic blueprints
• Perform final inspection and packaging
• Secure completed products and hardware in crates

What Were Looking For

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or inspection experience
• Strong measuring and attention-to-detail skills
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Ability to follow written work orders and blueprints
• Reliable work history and strong attendance
• Pipe bending or fabrication experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
