Batch Operator - Now Hiring

Join a dynamic team as a Batch Operator responsible for blending powders in the mixing department. As a key operator, you will work with pumps, mixers, and packaging equipment, all while adhering to specific batch instructions and precise ingredient measurements. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Blend powders in the mixing department following specific batch instructions.
• Operate machinery, including pumps, mixers, and packaging equipment.
• Conduct setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure precise measurements of ingredients for each batch.
• Perform quality checks and assure compliance with GMP standards.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in machine operation and mixing.
• Proficiency in GMP standards.
• Ability to perform quality assurance and troubleshooting.
• Capability to handle changeovers and operate packaging equipment.

• Experience as a Blender or Batch Operator.
• Forklift and inventory management experience.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds.

Work in a facility manufacturing bleach-based outdoor cleaning agents, which may have a slight odor. The environment is non-climate controlled, requiring PPE such as steel-toed boots, eye protection, and ear protection. Enjoy flexible shift options: 1st shift (Monday - Thursday, 6AM - 4:30PM) with potential overtime on Friday, or 2nd shift (4PM-2:30AM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manchester, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
