• Day Shift (B Shift): $20.00/hour | 1 Opening Available | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Night Shift (C & D Shifts): $21.75/hour (Includes Shift Differential) | 3 Openings Available | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
• The 2-2-3 Rotation: Work only 7 out of every 14 days. Enjoy long, predictable blocks of days off, including a 3-day weekend every other week.

What You Will Do

• Precision Inspection: Visually evaluate high-level pharmaceutical products, vials, and components to detect and classify minor cosmetic or structural anomalies.
• Automated Equipment Operation: Set up, adjust, and monitor specialized packaging and inspection machinery, including automated capping systems and product turntables.
• Strict Documentation: Record inspection results, track component counts, and complete batch documentation accurately and in real-time.
• Line Compliance: Perform critical filling start-up checks, execute line clearances, and complete standard filter integrity testing.
• Material Movement: Load and unload moving lines safely, and prepare finished product pallets by stacking and shrink-wrapping for final transfer.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of quality inspection, visual sorting, or precise line-auditing experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Industry Edge: Previous experience in a heavily regulated production facility (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Aerospace, or Electronics) is a major plus.
• Technical Compliance: Comfort reading basic standard operating procedures (SOPs) and a strong commitment to following cleanroom or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Core Aptitude: Exceptional visual attention to detail and standard math proficiency (multiplication/division) to track percent-defective ratios on paper batch records.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MELROSE PARK, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
