Nanny Needed For My Children

My wife and I both have full time jobs and need a nanny during working hours. We have a daycare that we can take her to, but are exploring other options to see what is out there. I work from home and Rachael, my wife, works from home three days a week. So, we're looking for nanny coverage for about three days a week for some additional support. We believe that a nanny might offer more flexibility and intentional time than daycare can. We have two friendly huskies that I can watch in my office with me during the day if necessary.
