Job Description
Flint Medical Staffing is hiring emergency medicine physicians for two freestanding emergency departments in El Paso, Texas. These are low-volume, low-acuity sites built for physicians who want real earnings without the churn of a high-acuity ED.
The Sites
- Two freestanding emergency departments in El Paso
- 10–15 patients per day
- No ambulance traffic — walk-in volume only
- T System EMR
- Single-coverage, 24-hour physician shifts
Schedule Options
Part-Time — $18k/month
Full-Time — Up to $45k/month
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Active Texas medical license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean malpractice history
