Job Description
A premier boutique hospitality group is seeking an accomplished General Manager to oversee daily operations, luxury events, and guest engagement at a signature estate venue in Central Virginia.
Reporting to executive leadership, you will serve as the primary operational leader responsible for driving guest satisfaction, driving team excellence, and maximizing profitability across both multi-outlet daily guest operations and high-touch private events. This role demands an executive who seamlessly blends financial acumen with an active, visible presence on the floor.

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or Food & Beverage Director within luxury resorts, prestigious country clubs, or high-volume destination venues. (Note: Experience in casual dining or fast-casual concepts does not meet our minimum qualification criteria.)
- Demonstrated success balancing high-volume, walk-in daily guest operations alongside multi-event venue management and luxury weddings.
- Proven history managing $5M+ operational budgets with strict labor/food cost controls, detailed forecasting, and financial reporting.
