Production Associate

Location: Laconia, NH
Pay: $21–$23/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Inventory Clerk to support manufacturing operations and basic administrative tasks. This position spends approximately 30 hours per week on the production floor preparing and racking parts and assisting furnace operators, and 10 hours in the office scanning and filing documents.

• Prepare parts for processing, including cleaning, painting, wiring, racking, and fixturing.
• Set up jobs and assist furnace operators with production tasks.
• Load and unload parts, bins, fixtures, and baskets.
• Stack and organize processed parts in customer bins or containers.
• Handle customer inventory carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Scan, file, and organize documents and assist with general office tasks.
• Report unusual conditions, processing concerns, or equipment issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with scanning and filing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Availability for overtime or weekend work as needed.
• Must meet applicable ITAR access requirements.
