Sales Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5 years of sales or Business Development experience, Must be able to identify new customers and opportunities.  
• Experience negotiating large multi year contracts
• Fluent in English and Chinese 
• Experience working with Asian teams and in managing international customer relationships
• Knowledge of antenna, electronic, and mobile device industry trends preferred
• Familiarity with competitor landscape and customer needs within the industry preferred
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities by identifying new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through closing deals and follow-up efforts.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to understand cost structures and develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely receipt of orders and payments.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams to develop business relationships and secure new project opportunities.
