Ready to take the next step in your Med Surg career and move into leadership? An established community hospital in the Brockton, MA area is hiring a Nurse Manager to lead day-to-day nursing operations on its Med Surg unit!

Schedule

• Full-time
• Fully onsite, in-person at the Brockton location (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

Compensation

• $90,000-$132,000 annually, based on experience
• No signing bonus or relocation package

What You’ll Do
Provide unit-level leadership and operational oversight on an inpatient Med Surg unit:

• Supervise and manage clinical and non-clinical staff, including daily operations and performance
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to maintain coverage and support patient care needs
• Oversee clinical practice and care coordination, ensuring efficient patient flow
• Identify, address, and escalate operational, staffing, and patient care issues
• Support quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• Promote staff competency through education, orientation, and unit-based training
• Serve as a clinical and operational resource, providing direct patient care as needed

What You Bring

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• BSN from an accredited program
• 3 years of acute Med Surg RN experience
• Ability to supervise and train staff (formal leadership experience not required)
• 5+ years of Med Surg experience, current supervisory experience, or specialty RN certifications a plus
