Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for dialysis patients.
• Develop individualized nutrition plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on renal diets, fluid management, and nutritional health.
• Monitor laboratory results and nutritional progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
• Support patient care initiatives and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentials required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Renal, dialysis, or clinical nutrition experience preferred.
• Guam licensure required or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Open to working in Guam.
