- Schedule: 1st ( 6 AM to 6 PM) and 3rd Shift (6 PM to 6 AM), Monday to Friday with overtime needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Jackson, MI. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and production supply within a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, scan, verify, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment according to packing sheets and load requirements.
- Load carrier trucks, unload inbound materials, and ensure products are stored in the correct warehouse or plant locations.
- Remove completed skids from production lines, place materials on warehouse racks, and supply production areas with corrugated boxes and materials.
- Maintain organized inventory, complete cycle counts, stock partial pick areas, and support accurate warehouse records.
- Operate forklifts, wrapping equipment, and yard equipment safely while following all shipping and safety procedures.
- Perform general housekeeping, support warehouse projects, and assist with training new warehouse associates as needed.
