Seasonal Warehouse Worker - Product Filling & Packaging

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Season: November – December

Naztec Staffing is building a pool of reliable candidates for a seasonal warehouse opportunity with one of our clients. Employees will help fill tubes with products, place products into boxes, and prepare items for packaging in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We are looking for quick, detail-oriented individuals who can follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain quality standards throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

• Fill tubes with products and place finished items into boxes.
• Package and organize products accurately.
• Maintain a fast and steady work pace while paying close attention to detail.
• Follow instructions from team leads and supervisors.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work well with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must speak and understand English to follow instructions and communicate with team leads.
• Must be able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous warehouse, production, filling, or packaging experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Availability

• Seasonal work expected from November through December.
• Regular schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Start and end times may occasionally be adjusted slightly earlier or later depending on production needs.
• Candidates must be flexible and dependable throughout the assignment.
