Structural Technician
Location: Englewood, CO
Pay: $40-44.00/hour
Contract: 12 Months
Are you an experienced Aircraft Structural Technician looking for your next aerospace opportunity? We are seeking a skilled Structural Technician to support structural assembly and aircraft repair operations in Colorado.
What You'll Do
- Perform structural assembly and aircraft repair work.
- Complete part-fitting operations including drilling, reaming, riveting, trimming, filing, and deburring.
- Install rivets, Hi-Loks, and other aircraft fasteners.
- Align and assemble structural components using jigs, templates, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Measure and verify parts using precision measuring tools.
- Perform structural repairs, including corrosion removal and refinishing as needed.
- Follow quality and safety procedures in an aerospace environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of relevant structural or aircraft assembly experience.
- Previous aircraft repair experience.
- Experience with structural assembly and minor part fitting.
- Strong experience with riveting, drilling, reaming, and installing Hi-Loks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Must have your own tools in good working condition.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred
- Aerospace, Defense, NASA, DoD, or Military experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance, if required.
