Job Description
Welcome to KidsUnited Brookhaven, a youth soccer development program serving Atlanta communities and working with children from 18 months through age 9. The Coach/Sales Associate Hybrid will coach toddlers and preschoolers, ages 4–6, and ages 7–9 while supporting lead generation, enrollment, trial-class conversion, and community outreach. This role reports to the Club Manager and Head Coach.
Responsibilities
- Coach youth soccer sessions for toddlers and preschoolers and children ages 4–9.
- Develop age-appropriate soccer skills through engaging instruction.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families.
- Generate leads and support customer enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective families and convert trial classes into enrollments.
- Support community outreach initiatives.
- Track attendance accurately.
- Maintain and care for soccer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in youth soccer coaching and sales.
- Able to provide i-9 & w-2 documentation (work permit, social security, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. Soccer grassroots coaching certification.
- Paraprofessional Certificate or Teaching Certificate.
- Experience in youth soccer coaching and child development.
- Skills in sales prospecting and customer relationship management.
- Experience with group instruction, parent communication, scheduling, teamwork, and customer service.
After passing the interview portion of the application, the applicant will receive a 30-day new hire training program packet and will be in close communications with the Club Manager and Head Coach.
