An established, nationally recognized nonprofit organization is seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing & Development Officer (CMDO) to lead its fundraising, marketing, communications, and strategic growth initiatives.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary executive to join a growing organization, report directly to the CEO, and lead an experienced team of 10 professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national fundraising and marketing strategies.

• Drive multimillion-dollar philanthropic revenue growth through major gifts, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.

• Strengthen national brand visibility, communications, and strategic partnerships.

• Collaborate with the CEO and Board on long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, development, marketing, or nonprofit advancement.

• Proven success leading multimillion-dollar fundraising programs.

• Strong background in major gifts, corporate partnerships, and revenue growth.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant executive experience.
