Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, or chats.
• Assist customer with returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers.
• Memorize, recall, and research answers quickly.
• Assess customer’s needs and provide the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience.
• Manage customer accounts in the following areas: data, shipping and releases.
• Send and maintain ASN, customer portals and Accuums.
• Plex maintenance of accounts including Tier 2 customers.
• Follow all customer service procedures and policies.
• Aim for customer resolution and return.
