About the Role:
Fresno CBAS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time, Registered Nurse (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) to join our growing team in Fresno, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with clinical expertise and composure
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery
