Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join a local manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, working with their hands, and learning practical skills in a production environment.

This is a temp-to-hire position for a motivated individual who demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, and candidates with experience working with molds, molding processes, composites, or similar materials are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Prepare, assemble, clean, and maintain molds and production materials as needed.
• Measure materials and follow work instructions to meet quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained.
• Move, lift, and position materials throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished work for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work independently and alongside team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience with molds, molding processes, composites, or similar hands-on work is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier materials when needed.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new processes and follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and producing quality work.
