We are seeking an Onsite Manager to support operations at a client location in Las Vegas, NV. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the onsite workforce and serves as a key point of contact between employees, client leadership, and the staffing team.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide onsite management and supervision of contract employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to client representatives and employees.
• Ensure all employees have completed required new-hire paperwork and onboarding requirements prior to beginning work.
• Perform employee check-ins, distribute required PPE and safety supplies, and ensure employees understand applicable timekeeping procedures.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s industry, staffing needs, positions, and work environment to effectively recruit and fill open positions in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to monitor employee performance, attendance, safety compliance, and required PPE.
• Address employee concerns, performance issues, and workplace matters promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the applicable timekeeping system and provide required reports to client representatives.
• Work closely with client representatives and follow required production and staffing schedules.
• Resolve problems and manage employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with onsite workers’ compensation reporting and completion of required documentation.
• Collect and review timesheets and submit employee time on a daily or weekly basis as required. Ensure all payroll information is submitted accurately and by established deadlines.
• Maintain availability by phone or email outside of normal business hours when necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs.
• Ensure job orders and assignments include accurate and detailed job descriptions and requirements.
• Communicate schedule changes, revised work hours, and other client updates to assigned employees.
• Serve as a liaison between the staffing team and client representatives to maintain a positive and effective working relationship.
• Attend production and safety meetings and assist client supervisors, line leaders, and management as needed.
• Support recruiting and staffing efforts to maintain appropriate workforce levels based on client demand.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, events, staffing, or similar high-volume environment is highly desired.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with employees, applicants, colleagues, and client representatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and disagreements constructively and professionally.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize staffing needs, employee issues, administrative responsibilities, and client requests.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing operational needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing staffing and operational demands.
