Insurance Account Manager

The Insurance Account Manager will manage a mixed book of business while building strong client relationships and supporting account retention. Reporting to an agency manager, this role coordinates with insurance carriers daily, conducts coverage reviews, and manages renewals. No travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships across a mixed book of business.
• Coordinate daily with insurance carriers.
• Manage policy renewals and related account activities.
• Analyze coverage to support client needs.
• Conduct account reviews and communicate recommendations to clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance account management.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience with insurance policy administration.
• Knowledge of coverage analysis and renewal management.
• Experience with insurance agency management systems and CRM platforms.
• Strong client communication skills.
