Fashion Customer Service Representative

Seasonal | $20.00 per hour | Full-Time | On-Site in Knoxville, TN

Love fashion and helping people? A well-known family of clothing and lifestyle brands is hiring Fashion Customer Service Representatives for the holiday season. This is a full-time seasonal role paying $20.00 per hour, running from now through early January 2027. Paid training is provided, and no experience is required.

You’ll be the go-to person for online shoppers who need a hand. That could mean helping someone choose the right size for a holiday party dress, tracking down a gift that needs to arrive before Christmas, or setting up a quick exchange. You’ll connect with customers by phone, live chat, email, and text, and make sure every one of them walks away happy.

All work, including training, is done in person at the company’s Knoxville office, so you’ll need reliable transportation for every shift. The assignment is expected to end in early January, though it may wrap up sooner or extend based on business needs.

What you’ll do

• Help customers with orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and billing questions
• Answer phone calls, chats, emails, and texts
• Share product and sizing guidance when customers need it
• Solve problems on the first contact whenever possible
• Work across several computer systems to find answers
• Keep clear notes on every conversation

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
• Comfort with computers and new programs (Google Workspace a plus)
• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds
• Availability for evenings and weekends throughout the season

Experience in fashion retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
