Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test machinery and mechanical, electrical, and integrated equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic circuits, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
• Use schematics, blueprints, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications to complete maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and locate sources of equipment problems.
• Fabricate and repair parts.
• Test the performance of electrical, electronic, and integrated systems and equipment.
• Test electrical assemblies using instruments such as oscilloscopes and electronic multimeters.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work nights and weekends, including shifts of up to 12 hours.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience maintaining or calibrating electrical equipment.
• Creative problem-solving skills, particularly when working with modified equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good mechanical skills, including welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
