Pay: 7am - 3:30pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our business. You will contact bike shops, sporting goods stores, and other retailers across the United States to introduce our electric bikes (e-bikes) and products.

You will be one of the first people potential business partners speak with. Your goal is to build interest, find new sales opportunities, and connect qualified leads with the Sales team.

What You Will Do

• Call and email stores to see if they are interested in selling our products.
• Follow up with people who contact us about our products.
• Research bike shops, dealers, and retail stores that could become business partners.
• Learn about our e-bikes and products so you can explain their features and benefits.
• Explain why carrying our products could be a good business opportunity for retailers.
• Record calls, emails, and follow-up notes in our customer management system (CRM).
• Work with the Sales team and pass along promising leads.
• Help with promotions, events, and trade shows as needed.
• Meet goals for calls, new leads, and sales opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development.
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus.
• Strong speaking and writing skills.
• Comfortable making outgoing calls and speaking with new people.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• A positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements and Work Details

• This is an on-site position in Brea, California.
• You will use a computer, phone, and headset for extended periods.
• Regular typing and data entry are required.
• You may occasionally need to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Some travel may be required for store visits, training, events, and trade shows.
• You will work around electric bikes and must be able to safely ride them for training and product demonstrations.
