This full-time Delivery Technician role is based out of the Bloomington/MSP facility and focuses on supporting a hot tub delivery crew. You will start each day at the warehouse, help load and prepare hot tubs and accessories, and travel with a team of three to complete 23 deliveries per day. In this entry-level position, you will learn how to set up hot tubs on the job while providing friendly, professional service to customers and ensuring each installation is safe, efficient, and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Load and prepare hot tubs and related accessories for delivery at the Bloomington/MSP facility each morning.
• Travel with a team of three to customer locations to complete 23 hot tub deliveries per day.
• Assist with unloading hot tubs safely and positioning them correctly at the customers property.
• Install accessories such as covers, cover lifts, and steps, including performing basic drilling as needed.
• Learn and apply on-the-job training to hook up and set up hot tubs, even without prior experience.
• Provide clear, courteous, and professional customer service during deliveries and installations.
• Represent the company professionally while working in front of customers and on their property.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain efficient workflows.
• Follow instructions from experienced team members and leads to ensure safe and accurate setups.
• Handle heavy equipment and hot tubs safely with the support of delivery carts, trailers, and teammates.
• Help ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed, including working past standard hours when needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general labor or similar hands-on roles is helpful but not required.
• Prior customer-facing experience in service, retail, or delivery environments is an advantage.
• Comfort using basic hand tools, including drills, for installing accessories.
• Ability to stay organized and focused while working outdoors and in varying conditions.
• Interest in learning hot tub installation and service skills for future career growth.
• Openness to developing into roles such as full-time delivery driver, lead installer, or service technician over time.

Work Environment

You will work as part of a three-person delivery team based at the Bloomington/MSP facility, starting each day at 8:00 a.m. and typically working until 4:30 p.m., with the expectation of occasionally working past 4:30 p.m. to ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed. The role involves some heavy lifting, but trailers, carts, and team support help make moving hot tubs manageable. The work is active and often outdoors at customer locations, combining warehouse tasks with field deliveries and installations in a hands-on, physically engaging environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $53000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
