A well-established fabrication shop in the Auburn area is looking for an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join their production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality welds, and want a consistent schedule in a clean fabrication environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform MIG welding on steel components in a production environment
• Work with fixtures to complete repetitive welds while maintaining quality standards
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and weld specifications
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using a variety of hand and power tools
• Weld primarily on 10-12 gauge material, with occasional welding on material up to 1/2" thick
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous MIG welding experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work with fixtures and perform repetitive production welding
• Comfortable welding a range of material thicknesses
• Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Fabrication experience
• Basic TIG welding knowledge
• Experience working in a production welding environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.78 - $28.78/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
