Maintenance Technician - CNC & Industrial Equipment

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position offers a stable 1st shift schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of CNC and industrial production equipment. Candidates with strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and industrial production equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures
• Complete emergency repairs during production as needed
• Replace components, test equipment performance, and make operational adjustments
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean, organized work area

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience performing preventative and reactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
• Proven ability to diagnose problems and return equipment to production quickly
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing facility supporting CNC and industrial production equipment. Technicians work directly on machinery and production systems in a fast-paced environment requiring strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance skills. The role may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, working in confined spaces, and supporting equipment throughout the facility.

This is a Contract position based out of Sand Springs, OK.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
