Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tasks and manage lab instrumentation.
• Conduct insurance verification and documentation processes.
• Handle referrals efficiently.
• Utilize Athena EMR and Nextgen systems for patient data management.
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of lab equipment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in lab instrumentation and sterilization procedures.
• Experience with Athena EMR and Nextgen systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
• Strong administrative skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a women's health, family practice, or pediatrics setting is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work at different locations as needed.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting where many patients are Spanish-speaking. Flexibility is required to work at either the Van Nuys or Plaza locations. The environment is supportive of entry-level candidates, providing excellent training and opportunities for skill development.Medical

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
