Location: Boca Raton, FL

Job Summary

We are hiring a Clean Room Assembler to assemble precision flow-control devices used in biotech, semiconductor, and other high-tech industries. This role involves circuit board assembly, small motor assembly, soldering, and mechanical/electrical assembly in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components from work instructions and drawings
• Perform electrical soldering and circuit board assembly
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and measuring devices
• Complete quality checks and document results
• Identify and report assembly issues
• Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy
• Follow safety, cleanroom, and 5S standards
• Assist other production lines as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Soldering experience
• Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Familiarity with multimeters, rulers, and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Cleanroom experience
• Medical device manufacturing experience
• PCB assembly experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boca Raton, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
