Assembly Worker - 1st Shift

🕒 Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Full-Time Position
• Consistent 1st Shift Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and finishing work on a production line.
• Follow blueprints and assembly specifications.
• Assemble, fabricate, glue, solder, and finish product components.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and specialized assembly tools.
• Operate power tools including grinders, impact guns, and circular saws.
• Drill holes and perform product modifications as required.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and transport equipment.
• Operate forklifts, industrial trucks, hoists, and material-handling equipment.
• Move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Perform touch-up painting on products and containers.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Support fabrication, installation, repair, and general labor activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Basic fabrication, repair, welding, or construction experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and write work-related documentation.
• Willingness to learn new skills and rotate between tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
