We’re hiring a Hospitality Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commission.

What you’ll do:

• Source and recruit restaurant and hotel leaders (GMs, AGMs, chefs, directors)
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Run searches from first call to placed hire
• Work your own desk, on your own schedule

Who we’re looking for:

• Based in Texas
• Hospitality background (restaurant or hotel leadership experience is ideal)
• Self-disciplined. No one is standing over you, so you have to run your own day
• You know what a great GM or chef looks like and can spot one fast
• Strong communicator, on the phone and in writing
• Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required if you know the industry

Requirements:

• 2 weeks of training in Sarasota, FL. Travel and lodging are at your own expense
• Monthly advertising budget of $300-$500, paid by you, to market your desk and generate candidates and clients
