• Find and recruit skilled trades professionals through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Interview candidates and match their experience to the right assignments.
• Coordinate placements and dispatch so workers arrive prepared.
• Partner with sales and operations to keep projects staffed.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and keep recruiting records current.
What you bring:
Recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce management experience, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Staffing or construction experience is a plus.
