Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Orlando who is 19 months old. We are looking for someone who is reliable and with flexible schedule. The schedule varies each week, some days we need help in the morning as early as 6 a.m. other days it is in the afternoon. It is usually around 30 hours a week but it can get up to 40 depending on the week. The schedule will be provided in advance. Occasionally weekends might be needed. We want someone who is experienced with kids in this age, and someone who is patient and invests in education. Speaking a second language would be great (but not required) Also needs to be comfortable with dogs.
