Job Description
Join an established women's health practice in the Twin Cities that is expanding to meet patient demand. This full scope OB/GYN opportunity offers an employed position with a pathway to partnership, a 1:7 home call rotation, and an ASC based surgical model designed to support a long term practice.

- Partnership Track: Begin in an employed role with the opportunity to pursue partnership
- Full Scope OB/GYN: Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
- ASC Based Surgery: Perform most surgical procedures in an ambulatory surgery center
- 1:7 home call rotation with a 30 minute response time
- Additional compensation available for extra call coverage
- Mix of clinic and OR time
- Schedule flexibility based on experience and clinical interests
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives
- Negotiable sign on bonus

- Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
