This Indian Health Service facility delivers clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a government clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols consistent with Indian Health Service delivery standards and maintains full support staff to facilitate daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and quality primary care services for the patient population served.

The surrounding region offers access to a range of outdoor and cultural experiences, including state parks, scenic waterways suited for canoeing, kayaking, and sailing, and opportunities for hiking, biking, and birdwatching across natural areas. The state features a variety of regional attractions throughout the year, including food festivals and county fairs, providing additional options for clinicians on assignment.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site government Indian Health Service facility, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across all age groups, consistent with standard family medicine practice. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification is negotiable.
