This correctional facility delivers clinic-based primary care services within a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, supported by a full complement of on-site support staff. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the patient population served. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
