Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive services and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for adult and family patient populations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct physical exams, wellness visits, and preventive screenings.
• Manage approximately 23–25 patients per day.
• Coordinate care with specialists and educate patients on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Alternative 10-hour shifts available.
• 100% outpatient setting.
• No weekends or on-call duties.
