Schedule: Monday–Thursday | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to provide specialized wound care services in a collaborative, physician-led clinical environment. The PA will evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients throughout their healing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and management of acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform and document wound assessments, procedures, and follow-up visits accurately.
• Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, treatment, and ongoing management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support positive clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant (PA) license in Texas.
• Experience in wound care, dermatology, surgery, or a related specialty preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to continued professional development and learning.
