Summary

Monitor parking around the branch and keep spaces available for banking customers only.

Responsibilities

• Watch the branch parking lot and nearby spaces during business hours
• Confirm that vehicles are using spaces for legitimate banking visits
• Politely redirect non-customers and explain the parking rules
• Note unauthorized parking and escalate repeat issues to branch management
• Keep the lot orderly and report blocked spaces, hazards, or other problems

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching people in a calm, professional way
• Reliable and able to work outdoors in varied weather
• Clear communication and basic judgment about when to escalate an issue
