Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a reliable, caring, and organized person to help our family. Our little girl is 4. 5 months old, and I have a flexible WFH job, so I'll be caring for her most of the time. I'm looking for an extra set of hands to help our days run a little more smoothly! Location: Chaska, MN Baby: 4. 5-month-old girl Schedule: Tuesdays, approximately 10 AM-1 p.m. (3 hours/week, flexible) The plan is that this role will grow into more hours and a nanny-focused position and less house stuff as our daughter gets older, plus occasional date-night babysitting, if possible!
