Nanny Needed For My Children

Hi - I am looking for a second nanny to help with 3 kids in the afternoon (~15-20hrs/week). Days are flexible but would typically be M-Th 2:30-5:30/6 and Friday 12:30-6. We have one FT nanny but during periods that all 3 kids are home, would like to have a second person helping. Both parents are work from home. Alternatively, someone who is available in mornings and has extensive infant experience, there’s an option to do split days and more hours (~30/week). Ideally person could be available every other weekend (4-6 hours per weekend) as well, and flexible for more hours if needed.
