Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great childcare worker or any for 1 almost 13-year-old child in Ashland. He is special needs with cerebral palsy and does have behavioral issues. The majority of help we would need is before school (getting him to school) and the afternoons into the evenings. We need someone with an excellent sense of humor who can stay calm under pressure. We would prefer someone who could help out with homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
