Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 1-2 years of mammography experience and prior travel assignment experience for a 12-week contract.

• Day shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
\n
• EPIC EMR experience required
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• 1-2 years of Mammography experience required
\n
• New graduates not accepted
\n
• IEMA and ARRT(M) certification required
\n
• License required if applicable
\n
• Active state license and certifications required; pending licenses/certifications not accepted
\n
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross only
\n
• Prior travel assignment experience required, with a minimum of 1 completed travel assignment
\n
• EPIC proficiency required
\n
• Date of birth required for consideration
\n
• 2 professional references required, with 1 reference mandatory from the most recent travel assignment
\n
• Must complete an EKG test with a minimum score of 80%
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Perform mammography imaging procedures within a radiology department
\n
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
\n
• 50-mile local radius applies
\n
• First-time travelers will not be considered
\n
• Returning permanent or per diem staff must be away for 12 months to be eligible as a trav020er
\n
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days for 13-week contracts
\n
• Must work at least 1-2 holidays during the contract
\n
• Candidates will complete a brief interview with the hospital, approximately 10-15 minutes
