Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Dementia. Unable to walk following a fall & fracture. Uses hoyer lift to get OOB. Needs assistance with feeding. Enjoys music, sports, visiting with friends & family. About the care needs: Would like someone with experience with transfers & caring for elderly with dementia & hospice. I am my husband's main caregiver. I would like some time to go to store, appointments, do yard work. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
