Caregiver Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 80s. Assistance with medication is needed. We're looking for some help preparing meals and getting ready in the morning plus putting to bed at night. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. This would be split shift and varying schedule based on daughter's schedule.
