Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: She has COPD - end stages. Its hard for her to get around because she gets winded so easily, so we are looking for someone who can mostly be a companion but also someone who an help grab her snacks or meals so she doesn't have to move around as much. About the care needs: Someone who is patient. Someone who can speak clearly (she's hard of hearing). Someone who is positive and bubbly... but not too chatty. Grandma enjoys flowers and birds. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
