Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for an after-school nanny for our three kids, ages 9, 6, and 4. This person would help pick up our youngest from preschool close to our house, then be at our house to structure activities, help ensure kids do light chores (e. g. cleaning their rooms), and spend time with them while one parent works from home and another comes home from working downtown. Our kids enjoy being outside when the weather is decent, playing games, and reading or being read to. We're trying to get them away from simply watching TV after school so would love someone who can engage in activities with them.
