• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or steel fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
